How do I sign up to receive weekly meal plans?

Click here to sign up to get our weekly meal plan delivered directly to your inbox every Sunday. You need to create an account to save them to your recipe box.

I have a large family – can I adjust the number of people in the plan?

Yes! Our weekly meal plan is for a family of 4. To adjust to your family’s needs, simply press the “+” or “-” symbols below each dish to adjust the serving size. Doing so will also automatically update your shopping list. You can also adjust portion sizes in the shopping list. For help with this, click here for a tutorial. Still stuck? How do I access my previously saved recipes?

Access your recipes here, or navigate to “My Recipes” in the site’s menu bar.
