Working with golfers is something that many physical therapists and fitness professionals love and want to focus on in their practice.
One of the things that I’ve always found interesting when working with this population is how the body interacts through the kinetic chain and affects stress and performance output.
In this episode, Mike Scaduto joins me to talk about golf injuries, how body compensation affects the swing, and how this can affect injuries and performance. Additionally, we discuss some tips for working with PGA professionals.
