Need some ideas for dinner this week? See me feeding my family with this Free weekly real food dinner plan, including 5 dinners, side dishes and one treat.
Why Meal Plans?
Meal planning not only saves you time and money, but I learned quickly The key to cutting back on processed foods is planning ahead! If you don’t at least know what you’re going to have for your next meal, you’ll likely end up starving and driving through in desperation.
Benefits of Meal Planning:
- save time – Look at you, so organized! When you have plans, you can go to the grocery store just once a week and always have an answer to “what’s for dinner.”
- relieve pressure – With planned recipes and ingredients on hand, there are fewer surprises and you might just get a little help in the kitchen.
- eat better – It’s easier to enjoy a variety of delicious, healthy meals and discover some new favorites when you take the time to plan ahead.
- save money – Buy only what you need and waste less food.
