Hello and happy Friday!
We’re in BBQ season here, with July 4th just around the corner and more grilling season for sure. This past weekend’s Father’s Day feast was a snapshot of some of our weekly summer favorites: my husband’s perfectly grilled rib eye steak, easy-to-cook super-sweet grilled corn, macaroni salad with sweet pickles, Caesar salad with my favorite homemade dressing, And there’s a salad that’s not complete without BBQ: my grandma’s famous potato salad.
Summer is here and more yummy treats! But first, let’s take a deep dive into this week’s list of Friday favorites. enjoy!
