It’s inspired by a simple double chocolate cupcake I made on this site, and it pairs well with this quick keto coconut coffee.

Finally, bake the muffins in the oven on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked and the tops are starting to turn golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

hint: Keep in mind that coconut flour absorbs a lot of liquid. The batter will be like a loose cookie dough batter, not runny like a cake batter.
